History of Nimmer Heating
Fed up with how other HVAC contractors treated their customers, Mark Nimmer started Nimmer Heating out of his landlord’s garage.After 2 years, Mark bought an older home and rebuilt the garage to fit his HVAC business.This made it possible for Patty, Mark’s wife, to be with their children while helping run the business from home.Within a few years, the business outgrew the enlarged garage that the Nimmers had built.They moved to their present location at 6530 Forest Home Ave. in 1994.Nimmer Heating is a Factory Authorized Bryant Dealer, employs NATE certified technicians and has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award for six years.Mark and Patty strive to provide the best HVAC services with the family values that have made them successful from the beginning.The other employees at Nimmer take pride in this goal as well, continuing the tradition of “Honesty and Integrity You Can Count On.”
